Trauma Touch Therapy™
Trauma Touch Therapy™ is a form of bodywork that focuses on assisting you to access and release held trauma safely, without retraumatizing.
We partner in an organic process of dropping into the body, to explore, observe, and follow your body’s inner communication. As you learn to be with and to work with your body, you gain access to a deeper level of guidance. One that allows held tension, stuck emotions, and limiting beliefs to be released naturally and safely.
Trauma Touch Therapy™ is experienced as a series of ten sessions, usually spaced one to two weeks apart. Each session builds on the previous session, allowing you to integrate shifts and openings gradually.

NOTE: Trauma Touch Therapy™ is NOT for people experiencing acute trauma. Please contact me for some activities to help with acute stress and anxiety.
